Vancouver Covenant Group LLC acquired the retail building at 918 SE 16th Ave. in Vancouver, WA from MAJ Holdings LLC for $2.62 million, or $524 per square foot. The 5,000-square-foot building was delivered in 2015 at the Crossroads at Mill Plain & 164th retail center.
